PLEASE READ to ensure your payment processes successfully:
  • Fill in all personal information fields
  • Fill in all fields particular to your payment method
  • Choose the 'Recurring Billing' option if you wish this feature. Indicate your payment schedule - weekly or monthly. If your form asks you to fill in a 'Company' field, please enter your Parish name (if applicable).
  • Donors who originally begin their recurring billing on the 31st of any month can expect the payment to be withdrawn on the last day of subsequent months. Meaning withdrawal will take place on the 30th with months with that number of days and on February the 28th (29th in the case of a leap year).
  • For those who choose the Recurring Billing option, you will not get a confirmation regarding your sign-up until the first payment is completed. Confirmations come from the bank or credit card companies and your information is not sent to them until your chosen first-payment date.
  • If paying by credit card you must fill in the CVV2 field. This is the Card Verification Value Code required for online Visa transactions. The card code is the last 3 (or 4) digit number located on the back of your card on or above your signature line.
  • Because this is a payment page, you must calculate your recurring gift amount to complete the payment properly. For example, a $6,000 pledge to the T4T campaign is the equivalent of a $100 monthly recurring payment for 60 months or 5 years. Please make the donation amount $100 and choose the start and end dates appropriately.
  • Ensure you choose the 'EMAIL ME MY RECEIPT' option to send the PAYMENT TRANSACTION INFORMATION AND RECEIPT to your email address. Check your junk mail or spam box. Following submission you may also scroll to the top of this column to view a transaction confirmation pop-up box.
  • Donors who originally begin their recurring billing on the 31st of any month can expect the payment to be withdrawn on the last day of subsequent months. Meaning withdrawal will take place on the 30th with months that only have that many days. Withdrawal will take place on February the 28th (29th in the case of a leap year).
  • You must press the 'Complete Payment Here' button to finalize the payment.
  • Payment processing can take 24-48 hours from the date of payment to route through our system. Following that, the donor's banking institution generally processes online transactions the week following.
  • If you have a question or would like more information about the donation you just made to the T4T Campaign, please call or email Rachael Pollesel at the Diocesan Synod office at 613-232-7124 ext 239 or Today4tomorrow@ottawa.anglican.ca Thank you!
